Currently we are working on implementation of workflow management in magsuite.com system. Graphical modelling of business processes will be available. Users will be able to freely model any business process which will be mostly beneficial to CRM sybsystem. E.g. it'll be possible to set up sending of scheduled emails (based on templates) to prospects. Or it'll be possible to set up notification of sales managers (or company's top management) of biggest opportunities. Each business object in the system will have number of interfaces which will be used for BPM without any coding.
As implementation framework we use Microsoft Windows Workflow Foundation.

new site
Currently we are working on the brand new site design cause we've encountered some problems with the current site template. Site will include better navigation (dropdown menu), more information. It'll also be more compatible with IE7. Site will include democenter (we plan to include *.wmv presentation on 4 functional parts of the system - marketing automation / SFA / service automation / accounting+inventory control). We'll also allow meebo live chat to work without refresh each time (currently meebo refreshes = relogins with different user name while user navigates the site).
