conferences

During the last couple of weeks visited several conferences, all in Frisco / Silicon Valley namely: 1) web 2.0; 2) app-camp 2007; 3) lunch 2.0; 4) SNAP Summit. Got several interesting partnership and investment leads.

compatibility with Windows Server 2008 / IIS 7

We've tested the application and it is compatible with Windows Server 2008 RC & IIS7. We haven't tested it yet with SQL Server 2008 / Visual Studio 2008 though.

E-mail client

Currently working on web-based e-mail client with database messages storage. The client will be integrated with CRM system.

open source now !

We've just finished features which make magsuite.com open-source. You can gain access to the code by clicking Host It button on Setup page inside the application. Site will updated soon as well as additional documentation be released (like development samples). Also note the updated license agreement.

Vista compatibility

We've tested our development environment (Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005, IIS) on Windows Vista. As it was told before soon we'll open access to source code. And it's important for customers to be able to develop using the latest Microsoft OS. Everything works fine (whith some minor OS tuning).

new datacenter

We've just moved to rackforce.com datacenter.

hosting

We have some delays with features announced below (BPM + new site). However new exciting feature is almost ready and will be rolled out in just a couple of weeks. We'll introduce a completely new architecture of SaaS - hosting of application plus database will be offered on our servers. Full source code will be available for modification and creating industry solutions by partners. Despite will provide open source code, license will allow only hosting of application on our servers.
